Burger King

The buns felt so plain on the classic Whopper. The whole Whopper was blah, nothing like I've had before, that were so juicy and delicious. It had been awhile since I went to Burger King, anywhere. I could care less if I ate at this store again.

Long drive thru times. Food from fryer's has burnt taste.

I'm a Whopper lover from way back. I still keep coming back with my grandbabies. Miss their healthier fries but, still love their original fries better than Other fast food places, "usually" great, soft and chewable.

The sandwich I had was gooy and hard to eat the Pop mech. Didn't work right 😒

First time up here for camp in 25 years. Felt great to spend some time with my scouts before a week at camp!

Wait in the drive through is over 10 minutes even when not that busy. Store is filthy. I don't recommend

Place for my son to place to play and some good choices to eat.

We came out here and got whoppers that looked like they do in the picture. They were friendly even though it was busy and I got my food fresh and fast. Good job Burger King.

I always love it I really like it

Food was good, but very long wait. Rather entertaining, we watched the CSR at the drive-thru drop a large soda on a truck door, then the next car up paid for the food and left. Finally we get up there and end up with the other person's order. Oh well, we ate it 😉.

Our last experience was nice. We had our order messed up and they very nicely fixed it at no extra charge and apologized. Great customer service

Food is goid but it takes forever in drive through. Don't these workers have times to make. Customer service also lacking. Need to learn customer service to make customers feel satisfied.

Waited 40 minutes for our food in the drive through. When we mentioned it, we overheard the manager said loudly; " They weren't waiting THAT long" and brushed off our complaint. On our receipt it says 5:28 pm. We didn't pull out of the parking lot until 6:11pm. Food was okayish; drink tasted slightly watered down though and fries were a little raw in the center.

I love the whopper burger, so I ordered one. Got home and discovered I had chicken nuggets. Went back, manager let us keep the wrong order, gave the right order and 2 free cookies. I was happy.

Burger King has a good variety of things to eat. Not only burgers but also chicken. They also have ice cream. What I like is that you can get two Whoppers for 6 dollars. You can also get a Whopper and a chicken sandwich for 6 dollars. A good deal if you have a friend who is hungry too and you are looking for a cheap meal. The food is good and I like it better than McDonald's.

I asked for an icee which was advertised on the Windows and I got a fanta slushie I was not happy the only reason I stoped was for ICEE

Great Managers that are willing to fix any mix ups with food. Adreana is a sweet young gal who works drive through and the front registers.

Their food is amazing

Ordered three special order burgers. All the meat patties were cold, really cold. Then, went to get ketchup from the dispenser and it was practically water. Worst burger king meal ever.

Good people fast in food good

The food was only okay. I do not expect gourmet food from a fast food place, but the fries were extremely salty. The beverage dispenser was also out of multiple options. And, the play area, while nice, was not clean. Empty food cartons in the play area, spills on the floor, etc.

A visit for snacks, and let little ones play on toys, would be much better if there were some toys for smaller children. Thank you

Super Long wait and they still got my order wrong so I had to wait even longer

It has play house which is cool. Foods okay its bk. The staff could be more polite and finish your transaction before starting the next

The wait is ridiculously long. Food is not good, stopped to grab something for a friend and they told me after I ordered and paid that it was not available. "Flame broiled" Whopper Jr is about anything that is decent

Average for a BK, That's not a bad thing.I did discover a Medium coffee cup holds only slightly more than a small due to the dimpled bottom of cup.

I went through the drive thru, I was the only customer in line, I ordered a 10-piece nugget and nothing else, and I sat and waited in the drive-thru for 10 MINUTES. I don’t understand what the hell they are doing in there. Every time I ever go through the drive thru I am there for a minimum of 10 minutes. No respect for people’s time.

Possibly the slowest drive through in the State. Food is also nothing to write home about

Great staff, great place. Has children's play area and some of the best employees around the area. If you have children under 10, this is a good place to let em loose. Free wifi and computer kiosks for adults and children as well as free ice cream cones for the kids. What more can you ask of a Burger King ?

This is their new philly cheese burger. What a joke!

Never had a problem here drive thru or dining in. My daughter loves the play area and the games on the tables. Food’s always been great.

I ordered a croissant sandwich. I was not offered the two for four dollars “deal”. I waited in the drive thru line for 15 minutes. The little sandwich I got was 4.64. She said I had to ask for the “deal”. She could have offered it to me I guess, but she didn’t care. Ridiculous.

Staff was just standing around, spent 33mins waiting for food. Waited in drive thru looking in the window for almost 15mins watching them just stand there and not do anything except the cook because the food bagging station was overflowing with the food that everyone else was just “too busy” to put in the bags. Just to be clear there were two cars ahead of me and the one before me took 10mins for just a shake and a complementary cone for their wait.

I think they are getting their crew dialed in. We do not eat at Bk often anymore but everything was really fresh today! And hot! Overall quick and good experience..

Love the low carb wopper

Unfriendly staff, long wait for two sandwiches at the drive through. Only two cars ahead of us but it took 15 minutes for those 2 cars, well actually 12 for one and 3 for the other. It’s why I hate going to Burger King. The person at the drive through window never smiled, looked at us or thanked us. They want more money for this service. Yeah right.
